Houston, Texas – August 03, 2023 – American Infrastructure Group, Inc. (“AIGI”) is excited to announce the appointment of three distinguished individuals to its Board of Directors. Joining as regular voting members are David Hatcher, Ryan Quinn, and C. Clifford Wright, Jr., elevating the total number of voting Directors to seven (7).
This strategic move is an integral part of AIGI’s master plan to complete a co-investment round and fully empower our tech-enabled private equity portfolio. By assembling an institutional quality Board comprising operational executives from public companies, investment officers from family offices, and industry-leading institutions with assets exceeding a billion dollars, we are poised to establish robust systems, policies, and governance structures that will pave the way for our next level of capitalization and eventual entry into public markets.

David B. Hatcher II.
David Hatcher has an extensive history as a finance and operating executive with over 35 years experience including an impressive 11 years of invaluable experience to the Board of Directors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Metal Construction Materials, Inc., a company that designs, manufactures, and installs structural steel and carports for multi-family projects nationwide. He is also the Chairman of the Board of DKI Investments Inc. Previously, Mr. Hatcher held positions as the Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Coast Windows and Energy Products, a prominent window, door, and energy products distribution and installation company, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of 1st Global Industrial Services, LP, a national infrastructure support company. Mr. Hatcher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration & International Business from Baylor University.
Ryan Quinn, CIPM, CAIA, CDDA
Ryan Quinn brings a wealth of financial leadership expertise, boasting sixteen years of experience in institutional investment programs, risk management, due diligence, and operational efficiencies. Currently advising a large healthcare system in building out their Investment Office infrastructure, Ryan’s multifaceted background positions him as a valuable asset to the Board. Mr. Quinn has a B.S. in Finance and financial Management Services from Johnson & Wales University. His certificates in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Chartered Due Diligence Analyst (CDDA) add further strength to his qualifications.
C. Clifford Wright, Jr.
Mr. Wright is a Managing Director with BRG, an esteemed international expert advisory firm, where he has been an expert witness in governance matters and strategic advisor to clients for over ten years. As the former Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of American Residential Services, Inc., he successfully led the company through a NYSE IPO. In addition, Mr. Wright has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at NASDAQ-listed American Ecology Corp., and he has played pivotal roles in turnaround consulting as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. His extensive experience also includes active involvement in over 800 domestic and foreign business acquisitions. Mr. Wright holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in business from the University of Texas – Austin and was a licensed CPA with KPMG, where he served as a Regional Director of Corporate Finance. His certifications as a Governance Fellow and a Board Leadership Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors underscore his commitment to excellence.
