William P. McCaughey is the Chief Executive Officer and President of AIGI. He has over 35 years of experience as an innovative financial and operations executive who has gone through multiple rounds of consolidating industries and has led companies through initial public offerings.

Mr. McCaughey was a co-founder  and Chief Financial Officer of American Residential Services , and directed  its Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange with $100 million in revenue. He led its growth to $500 million via mergers and acquisitions and organic growth, before it was sold to a strategic buyer. He was also Treasurer of Republic Services and directed its Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ. Republic Services is the second largest provider of waste disposal services, with over $10billion in annual revenue.

Mr. McCaughey earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from Drake University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst,  a LEED Green Associate and an FAA Certified Commercial Drone Pilot.

Ed Gilliard has diverse experience in engineering, finance, strategic planning and government affairs, in both the domestic and international arenas. He has been involved with negotiating and closing over $3 billion of complex transactions internationally and in the U.S.

He has a superior record of accomplishment of accomplishments at major companies like Baker Hughes, Burlington Resources, Banque Indosuez, Houston Industries, Continental Bank, Amoco and other companies. He is very experienced in negotiating complex transactions and building consensus with diverse groups, in English and Spanish.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Peter D’ Alessandro has over 27 years of experience with commercial contracts and managing complex negotiations and disputes in the energy industry, Peter D’Alessandro has been directly responsible for over US $760MM of acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures with involvement in over US $6B worth of deals.

He has a proven track record and ability to forge successful relationships with all levels of organizational members, partners, contractors, government agencies and landowners. His background includes such companies as EOG Resources, Axiom Global, Nichols Brothers, General Counsel, PLC., Vintage Petroleum, Phillips 66, Howard Midstream, and other companies.

Peter holds an LL.M. in Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center, Houston, Texas, a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, and a B.S. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Robert (Bob) Sliva boasts extensive expertise spanning numerous years in the fields of engineering and multi-national operations management. Throughout his career, he has excelled in strategic management positions at reputable companies such as FMC, NOV, TSC Offshore, and Industrial Service Solutions. In these roles, Bob has been pivotal in orchestrating the integration of acquisitions and spearheading initiatives to scale operations for heightened success.

With a keen eye for strategic growth and operational efficiency, Bob has led and participated in various endeavors aimed at enhancing organizational achievement. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding teams to successfully execute infrastructure installation, repair, and large-scale capital projects, showcasing his adeptness in project management and team leadership.

Bob’s academic background underscores his commitment to excellence. He graduated with honors from the University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, he furthered his professional development by completing the Senior Management program at Rice University. Furthermore, Bob holds a Professional Engineering license in the state of Texas, reflecting his dedication to maintaining high standards of professionalism and competence in his field.

Mr. Myerson spent over 40 years with CenterPoint Energy, Reliant Energy and Houston Lighting & Power in strategic leadership roles specializing in electric operations, gas operations support, land and field services, technology management and implementation, operational data analytics, business process transformation and organizational change.

 

In these positions, he developed technology strategies aligned with business objectives, led a $120 million technology platform implementation, and led the integration of an $8 billion utility acquisition, demonstrating his expertise in the seamless integration of people, process, and technology to generate substantial business value.

Jeff is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas, and he earned a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is also a board member of the Galveston Bay Foundation, which focuses on the preservation and enhancement of Galveston Bay.

His career journey also includes notable roles at esteemed organizations such as T-Mobile, Accenture, CEA Asset Flow Solutions, SAP Houston, and CenterPoint Energy. Through these roles, Ricky has honed his leadership skills and gained invaluable insights into business operations across various industries.
