We are pleased to report that we have reached several major milestones:
- The oversubscription of the Pre-Seed round is now closed
- The advancement of our artificial intelligence pilot programs within the transportation, energy, water, and utility segment through InfraSix, LLC
- The investment in Patriot Drone Operators, LLC (a disabled veteran owned small business in which we own a 49% interest) and the acquisition of 1Up, Aerial Drone Services establishing our drone operating unit. Our plans are to expand nationwide and become one of the largest drone services providers to the infrastructure and industrial segments in the country
- New acquisitions currently in the pre-closing or negotiation phase include a regional drone operator and a municipal construction and technology company
