His career began shortly after graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1996, focusing initially on professional recruiting. Over the years, Travis has demonstrated exceptional skills in acquisition, team integration, project management, and commodities trading, consistently showcasing his leadership and management prowess.

Travis started his corporate journey at Richard, Wayne & Roberts, where he specialized in professional recruiting. He then transitioned to sales roles at Everyone’s Internet Company and Seniors First Insurance Company, further honing his leadership abilities. In 2004, Travis co-founded Bonner International Commerce, LLC, marking his entry into the metal commodities trading sector with a focus on expanding into Asian markets. His entrepreneurial ventures continued with Bayou City Metal Recycling and GEM Iron and Metal, where he solidified his expertise in the industry. From 2011 to 2013, he served at DERICHEBOURG, where he achieved notable successes, including the implementation of Six Sigma processes. Most recently, Travis has excelled as a Commodity Specialist and Energy Commodities Broker at Source Commodities LLC.

Travis graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1996, laying a strong foundation for his career. His tenure in various roles across the commodities and asset management sectors has been marked by significant achievements, including co-founding successful ventures and implementing process improvements. James Tolbert, Director of American Infrastructure Group, Inc., brings over 16 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in natural gas marketing and commercial operations. He has developed a strong expertise in managing gas marketing strategies and optimizing operational efficiency through various high-stakes roles.

Currently, James is the Gas Marketing Manager at Paloma Natural Gas, a position he has held since June 2022. He has previously worked as a Marketing Representative at Southwestern Energy, a Senior Gas Marketer at Indigo Minerals, LLC, and a Marketing Representative at Momentum Midstream. His early career includes roles at M3 Midstream LLC, Tristream Energy LLC, and Enterprise Products, where he progressed from an intern to Specialist in Measurement and Material Balance and finally to a Commercial Analyst.

James holds an MBA in Energy Management and a BBA in Management from the University of Houston. His academic background complements his extensive industry experience, equipping him with both theoretical and practical insights. Recognized for his strategic thinking and leadership, James has made significant contributions to enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth in the natural gas marketing sector.

Mr. White has over 40 years of experience in the appraisal and valuation industry, specializing in business, real estate, equipment valuations, and litigation support. He is a General Certified Appraiser and a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in both business and equipment valuations. He has been the Owner of Valuation Specialists, LLC, since 1990, offering comprehensive appraisal services. Before this, he was the Manager of the Valuation Division at Wipfli from 1989 to 1991, overseeing business valuations, equipment appraisals, and commercial real estate. 

He also worked at Arthur Andersen & Co from 1984 to 1989, progressing from Tax Manager to Manager of Valuation Services for the Midwest Equipment Appraisal Area. Mr White holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato. As a Senior Member of the ASA, he is recognized for his expertise and commitment to delivering precise and reliable appraisal services, earning a reputation for thoroughness and integrity in the industry.

Chris is also the founder of Capital H, LLC, his personal venture fund that invests in mining, financial technology, plant-based technology and retail, cannabis, software and cloud-based services and healthcare. 

Mr. Horan holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
