Houston, Texas – November 13th, 2023 – American Infrastructure Group, Inc. (“AIGI”), a leading player in the field of innovative infrastructure solutions, is excited to announce an agreement to acquire an Infrastructure Field Services Provider (IFSP) based in Texas with a backlog of revenue extensive growth based on contracted municipal work estimated to exceed $15 million in revenue end of 2023 and $30 million revenue in by 2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Texas faces water and wastewater challenges with aging infrastructure, an increased demand for water and wastewater services due to annual population growth, and physical and digital security threats. However, AIGI sees these challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation.
