(“AIGI”) (“InfraSix”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of InfraSix, LLC a proprietary technology company utilizing artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive analytics for deployment into critical and civil infrastructure. We are now preparing to roll out our proprietary algorithm to our existing infrastructure relationships and the broader industry in second quarter 2020.

We are excited to announce that our technical team is one of 8 groups that have been accepted into the Catalyst Space Accelerator Cohort with the Air Force Research Lab in Colorado Springs, Colorado in January 2020. Through this cohort, sponsored by Microsoft, “companies will have Department of Defense and Commercial Sherpas to assist them in making connections with potential customers and partners. The participants will learn how to navigate government contracting and how to shape their product into something the warfighter truly needs.”

Patents, Sector Focus and Case Studies 

InfraSix has 3 provisional patents related to Drone Technology,  Machine Learning, and Mobile LiDAR scanning. The Company is expanding within critical and civil infrastructure through industry segments encompassing  energy, power, military, airports, marine ports, transportation, utilities and engineering. Initial Case Studies include wind turbine development and power transmission projects and will expand to bridges, dams, power plants, roads, etc.

Next Round: CrowdFunding

InfraSix is accelerating its roll out and is completing its Seed Round financing now. Once this is complete InfraSix will offer its Series A which will provide the go-to-market capital. Management is negotiating with SEC and FINRA approved CrowdFunding portals to form a strategic relationship to bring in additional shareholders and access to interesting deal flow. InfraSix anticipates announcing this exciting new relationship in the coming weeks in conjunction with the rollout of the expanded InfraSix technology platform.
